Pottymouth is a cornerstone record of Riot Grrrl: the 90s feminist punk movement where women claimed space. Recorded in 24 hours on a four-track for nothing but pizza and hair dye, the album captured the urgency and energy of its time.

Drummer Molly Neuman takes us back to Olympia in 1993, when zines, basement shows, and a small group of friends sparked a movement that reshaped punk. Molly reflects on forming Bratmobile, the messy power of Pottymouth, Riot Grrrl’s clashes with the mainstream, and why the record still resonates today.
